Who this is for

Silih is an internal system of CV Herba Bumi Pertiwi. Accounts are created by an administrator for our own staff and for partners who work on our advertising. There is no public sign-up, and the system is not sold or licensed.If you reached this page looking for a product to buy, there isn’t one.

Using an account

Accounts belong to one person and are not to be shared. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the password to yourself and change the one you were given as soon as you first sign in.

What you can see and change depends on your role, and may be limited to particular brands. Do not attempt to reach data outside that limit. Every change is logged.

Customer service contact details

Agent phone numbers inside Silih are work contact details of our staff. They are for operating the service and reading its reports — not for use anywhere else, and not to be exported, copied, or shared outside the company.

What visitors get

For someone tapping a WhatsApp button on one of our landing pages, Silih simply opens a conversation with whichever agent is on duty. No account is needed and nothing is charged. Replies depend on our agents’ working hours; outside those hours the message still arrives, but the answer may take longer.

Availability

We keep Silih running as reliably as we reasonably can, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. If it is unreachable, the WhatsApp buttons on our landing pages fall back to a standby number so enquiries are not lost.

Ending access

We may deactivate an account at any time — most often simply because someone has changed role or left. Deactivating an account does not delete the record of what was done with it.

These terms may change as the system changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. See also our Privacy Policy.
